Don't forget to enter your scores and any cards issued after each game.  ______________________________________________ Teams administrators need to adhere to the following guidelines: Enter jersey numbers for all players in Affinity. No game card can have hand written jersey numbers, nor can any players be written in on the game cards (instructions below). Both teams need to print and bring a game report to the field (instructions below). If you need your User Name and Password, please contact your Association / Club Administrator for this information. Failure to comply with the following can result in disciplinary action against your team.  At every game, each team coach or manager must have proof of his or her players’ registration available for inspection by the match referee(s). Proof of registration is a properly prepared (laminated) USYS identification card for each player with the player’s current picture (permanently attached) and the player’s signature appearing on the back. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in a forfeiture of the match and disciplinary action. All adults on the sideline (Super 2 limits three adults & Division 1 limits four adults) MUST visibly display a current valid Lime Green (Not Last years Yellow) KidSafe Pass. Without this pass, you will not be allowed on the team sideline. There will be no exception to this and it will be enforced. Game Scoring must be completed the same day as the scheduled game played (instructions below). Failure to comply can result in a disciplinary action against your team.

In cases of inclement weather, updates will be posted as soon as possible. Team Administrators are provided the phone number to the Weather Line and or advised not to give this number to anyone on their team, as this could relate to our phone system being over-loaded. If this happens the phone system will become inoperative for anyone to access, inluding us until the phone system tech-support can be contacted...which could take some time. Please provide the parents, on your team, with a link to this page and ask them to check here when there is chance for inclement weather.
